Test Procedure:

1. Install the unit in the tank
2. Apply proper voltage
3 Run until stabilized (approximately 15 - 30 minutes) and adjust flow into the take to equal the discharge rate (no change in staff     gauge)
4. Recordings to be taken after the test unit has reached stabilization

a. Readings to be taken every minute for the next five (5) minutes
b. Readings after ten (10) minutes and every five (5) minutes thereafter until testing is complete

5. All readings to be added and then divided by the total test time to get one (1) average reading
6. Total GPM = __________       KW GPM = _________
